Southern NH Medical Center's food services and dietary team is the heart of the medical center, providing a place of comfort for staff, patients, and families with hot meals, coffee, and a variety of courses. The team collaborates to ensure all dietary restrictions are maintained and to uphold patient-centered values. The Food Service Worker may work anywhere on the property where food is prepared, assisting in the setup and serving of food from counters and steam tables. The primary functions include the setup and assembly of meals from the tray line or kitchen, along with cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations.
