About The Position
General Butler State Resort Park, located in Carrollton, KY, provides all the peace and tranquility of the country while only minutes from the city. General Butler offers guests a 53-room lodge, 23 cottages, 111-site campground, a full-service restaurant, mini golf, boat dock, shelters, trails, the historic Butler-Turpin House, a conference center, and playgrounds. The ideal Food Service Worker candidate has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experience and will positively impact our foodservice operations by helping to prepare high quality food for our restaurant and catering guests, groups, events, and banquets throughout the year.

Responsibilities
- Work with other kitchen staff in food preparation duties including baking, roasting, broiling, frying, and misc. prep.
- Ensure work area is clean and sanitized including surfaces, floors, walls etc. and that proper food safety practices are followed as prescribed by policy and health department regulations.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, flatware and other kitchen utensils used in the production of food items
- Help keep food items stocked as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
