About The Position
This position will be working in a local production/commercial kitchen. Duties may include cooking and food preparation, portioning and packaging meals, sanitation in conjunction with USDA and state guidelines, HAACP and health department regulation compliance, and assisting to monitor costs and inventory controls.
Requirements

- Ability to do basic math and read recipes
- Background check required
