This role involves direct interaction with customers, potentially in an open kitchen environment. Responsibilities include preparing cold food and beverage items for dining rooms, cafes, and coffee houses, operating kitchen equipment, following recipes, maintaining station cleanliness and stock, assisting with portion control, and processing sales transactions. Adherence to sanitary, HACCP, and NY State Health codes is crucial. This position is part of the United Auto Workers (UAW) union.
