About The Position

HireQuest Direct Vancouver is hiring dependable Food Service Workers for opportunities in Ridgefield, WA. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to support food service, banquet, and event operations. Available assignments may include Dishwasher, Banquet Server, Scullery, and Event Setup & Tear Down positions. Whether you have previous hospitality experience or are looking for an opportunity to gain experience, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements

• Ability to meet assignment-specific requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant, banquet, catering, dishwashing, food service, hospitality, or event experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment; maintaining clean and organized dish areas
• Setting tables, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and providing professional guest service
• Cleaning pots, pans, kitchen equipment, and food-preparation areas while supporting kitchen sanitation
• Setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, event equipment, service areas, and other event materials
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Following food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures
• Assisting kitchen, banquet, and event teams as needed
• Following instructions from supervisors and event leads
