Requirements
- At least 12 months of relevant work experience
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Availability to work 1–7 days per week
- Willing to work in Meaford
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping ingredients)
- Set up workstations and organize ingredients
- Support cooks and chefs with basic kitchen tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of prep areas
- Restock food stations, fridges, and supplies
- Operate a 3-sink system and industrial dishwasher
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pans, and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area
- Follow sanitation and safety standards (training provided)
- Support overall kitchen operations to ensure smooth service
