Sets up and stocks the cafeteria using FIFO, monitors food quality, and ensures adequate food and paper stock are available. Responsible for brewing coffee and maintaining a good stock of beverages. Serves and replenishes hot food in the cafeteria, including monitoring temperatures and food quality during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Cleans and sanitizes workstations, counters, steam tables, and other equipment. Interacts with customers/patients throughout the day/evening, answering questions about food, ingredients, and special needs. Possesses knowledge about the food being served, including suggestive selling. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
