About The Position
This position is responsible for assisting with food preparation and service in the cafeteria, under the direction of the Cafeteria Manager. The role requires adherence to food safety standards and the ability to work efficiently within a team environment.
Requirements
- Able to obtain Food Handler's Certificate from the City of Mt. Pleasant
- Able to perform basic math
- Ability to read and write
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year restaurant or school food service experience
- Knowledge of commercial food service equipment and proper food safety procedures
