Requirements

Ability to read and follow instructions
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to operate cooking and food preparation equipment
Understanding of proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Must be able to past a Level II background check. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve drinks and foods such as sandwiches, salads, and dressings according to customer specifications
Provide menu information and suggestion to customers including wine and food suggestions and explanations of ingredients and preparation methods
Assist with food preparation as directed, operating food production equipment as required to complete tasks
Operate grill, broiler, or deep-fat fryer to prepare specific fast foods
Arrange table settings and folds napkins according to restaurant standard
Clear, clean, and sanitize tables
Maintain, clean, and sanitize workstations
Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other containers and return to appropriate location in the kitchen area
Refill condiments or other supplies
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations to ensure quality food service
Perform other related duties as assigned
