About The Position

Aramark is currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant for the food service at Thread Collective in Ville St-Laurent Position: Cook Location: Thread Collective (5001 Rue Levy, Saint-Laurent, H4R 2N9) Salary: $18.00/hour Schedule / Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday Start Date: Immediately, 2026Job Responsibilities General kitchen preparation Mise en place Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service Assist with dishwashing Assist with food service Restock shelves and refrigerators Clean service areas Follow all established safety regulations Perform any other related tasks as needed Qualifications Experience in food preparation Customer service experience Strong organizational skills Positive attitude, punctuality, honesty, and good judgment Ability to work with minimal supervision Customer service–oriented Bilingualism is an asset, as some of our customers are English-speaking BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR ARAMARK: Medical and life insurance Employee referral program Recognition program Annual sick leave Training and development Career opportunities On-site parking available Uniforms and meals provided The successful candidate for this position will be required to complete and pass a criminal background check and a vulnerable sector check (if required by operations).
