Requirements

  • Previous food service or retail experience is an asset
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Basic Food Safety Certification and Allergen Awareness Certification are required, or candidates must be willing to obtain them upon hiring
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if required

Responsibilities

  • Serve food and beverages to customers.
  • Prepare food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Operate cash register and process payments.
