About The Position
Selrico Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team at the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe, TX. Requirements
- Previous experience in food service preferred, especially in correctional or institutional settings.
- Ability to work in a secure environment and follow facility rules and guidelines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as required.
- Must pass background checks and any required security clearances.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and serve meals according to the dietary guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Follow all correctional facility protocols and safety procedures to ensure the security of the workplace.
- Assist with inventory management and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
- Work cooperatively with facility staff and inmates to create a positive and professional work environment.
