This is a part-time position requiring 16 hours bi-weekly, with a rotating schedule. Shifts can start as early as 5:30 am and end as late as 8:45 pm. The role involves cross-training for various assignments, and requires availability on weekends and some holidays. The primary duties include assembling food for patient trays, individual portions, and food displays in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, stocking food and supplies, completing ware-washing and sanitizing of dishes and equipment, and cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and service areas. Regular, punctual attendance and positive interaction with colleagues, visitors, and staff are essential, consistent with the hospital's core values.
