FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)
About The Position
We are hiring immediately for full time and part time FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions. This role is located at the MSFT MKE03 Cafe - 4800 90th Street, Racine, WI 53403. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule involves a 7-day a week operation, from 4:00 am to 2:00 pm. Hanna Brothers operates across multiple divisions including Film Catering, B&I (Business & Industry) foodservice operations, Disaster Relief, Studio Café dining, and Quick Takes micro-markets. Our B&I platform includes corporate dining, café management, executive dining, and workplace hospitality solutions. Our services span full-service catering, concessions, artist and VIP hospitality, conference and production dining, and fresh grab-and-go solutions. Hanna Brothers offers a dynamic platform for growth, innovation, and career advancement across multiple sectors of the foodservice and hospitality industry.
Requirements
- Previous food service, restaurant, cafe, and catering experience required.
Responsibilities
- Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
- Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
- Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
- Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
- Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
- Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
- Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
- Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
- Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
- Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
- Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
