Western Home Communities is seeking a Food Service Worker to join our dining services team. This role is perfect for someone who brings a positive attitude, enjoys serving others, and takes pride in creating welcoming, enjoyable dining experiences for residents and guests.
Requirements
- Must be 15 years of age or older
- A genuine desire to create enjoyable dining experiences for residents, guests, and team members
- A servant spirit and team-first mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Reliable attendance (required)
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
Responsibilities
- Serve meals to residents and guests with care and kindness
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, present checks, and process payments
- Support your teammates by washing dishes, removing trash, and completing daily cleaning tasks in the kitchen and dining room
- Assist with additional job-related duties as needed
