We are hiring a Full-Time Food Service Worker for our Holloman Air Force Base site. The ideal candidate has experience with food preparation, serving, sanitation, dishwashing, and customer service. The ability to follow food safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and obtain and maintain a security clearance are required. Requirements

Experience with food preparation
Experience with food serving
Experience with sanitation
Experience with dishwashing
Experience with customer service
Ability to follow food safety procedures
Ability to maintain a clean work area
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Responsibilities

Prepare, portion, and serve food items according to established procedures and menu requirements
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas, equipment, utensils, and workstations
Wash dishes, trays, pots, pans, and other kitchen items as needed
Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and temperature control procedures
Stock food, supplies, condiments, and serving areas to support daily operations
Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food and supply inventory
Provide courteous service to customers, employees, and visitors
Remove trash and keep kitchen, dining, and service areas clean and safe
Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager
