About The Position

Responsible for cold food preparation as designated, makes up patient tray, and delivers nourishment preparation and delivery. Responsible for general sanitation to include dishwashing, warewashing, equipment cleaning, and area sanitation as assigned. Other related duties as assigned. Follow department established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to prepare cold foods following standardized recipes using quality control standards
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Good motor skills including hand eye coordination
• Physically able to perform the duties and responsibilities of this position
• California Food Handlers Card or Managers ServSafe Certificate required

Nice To Haves

• High School Graduate preferred
• 2 years of food handling or customer service experience preferred
