Performs a variety of food preparation duties including tray preparation and serving in the cafeteria. Prepares a variety of foods according to physicians' orders or supervisor’s instructions, following approved procedures. Assists cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, and provides cooks with needed items. Receives and stores food supplies, equipment, and utensils in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas. Responsible for cash handling and other cashiering duties. Responsible for cleaning kitchen and dining room daily.
