This Per Diem Food Service Worker position is located at CRMC Hospital in Corona, CA, and reports to the Director of Nutritional Services. The role involves preparing hot food items for patient trayline, cafeteria, doctor's lounge, and catering functions according to a production schedule. In the absence of the director or chef, the individual will supervise kitchen staff and act as a lead person, ensuring all duties are completed consistently and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
