FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME)
About The Position
FLIK is hiring a full-time Food Service Worker at Capital One LAS in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role prepares, presents, and serves food as needed, while following food safety, sanitation, service, inventory, and cash-control standards. Previous food service experience is required. The fixed pay rate is $21.93 per hour. The schedule is full time with open availability; days and hours may vary, with further details provided during the interview. Requirements
- Previous food service experience is required.
- Open availability; days and hours may vary.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
- Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
- Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food safely between work stations, the stove, and the refrigerator.
- Store food in designated areas using wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
- Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
- Follow approved recipes and production standards to maintain food quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
- Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, following outlined service steps.
- Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to a supervisor.
- Follow company service standards and inventory and cash-control procedures.
- Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
