About The Position
The Food Service Worker will supervise students and ensure proper behavior during lunch periods. Responsibilities include checking students' names off rosters, opening containers for younger students, and maintaining cleanliness of the multipurpose room by wiping tables, sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste. The role may involve occasional lifting and moving of up to 50 pounds, as well as carrying, pushing, and pulling.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year experience working with children
- Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Responsibilities
- Supervise students and ensure proper behavior.
- Check students' names off of the rosters.
- Open containers for lower grade students.
- Wipe tables, sweep, mop, and dispose of waste to maintain cleanliness of the multipurpose room during the lunch periods.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- In addition, some carrying, pushing, and/or pulling.
