About The Position

This position is for a Food Service Worker/ Server within Sodexo Health & Care. The role involves supporting healthcare environments by preparing and serving food, maintaining clean and safe environments, and ensuring hospital operations run smoothly. The Food Service Worker/ Server may work in various food preparation areas, assisting with food setup and serving from counters and steamtables, and performing cleaning and sanitizing duties for equipment and workstations. Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Food Handlers Certificate.
  • Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Proof of Covid-19 Vaccine.
  • Tuberculosis Test.
  • Presents self in a highly professional manner to others and understands that honesty and ethics are essential.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect.
  • Maintains a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers, and client representatives.
  • Ability to use a computer.
  • Ability to provide clear directions and respond to employees.
  • Basic food-handling skills.

  • Maintains high standards for work areas and appearance.
