We are hiring three Food Service Worker Lead roles within Dining Services: Production (Culinary Support Center), Utility (Northside Café), and Float (Hillside Café). While all positions share responsibility for supporting food service operations, maintaining sanitation standards, and fostering a positive work environment, each has a distinct focus. The Production Lead supports efficient food preparation and service, the Utility Lead oversees dishwashing and sanitation processes while leading staff, and the Float Lead collaborates with culinary teams on food preparation, presentation, and inventory management. To support WSU’s ability to attract talent in a competitive job market, this recruitment has been approved for a hiring incentive payment of up to $3,500.00.
