About The Position

Performs a variety of food service duties to support the preparation, setup, delivery, and service of food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. Ensures quality, efficiency, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements

Knowledge of food service operations, including line setup and temperature control
Understanding of food preparation techniques and presentation standards
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and kitchen tools
Ability to lift and handle heavy items as needed
Basic knowledge of inventory control and supply management
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
2–3 years of food service experience required

Responsibilities

Set up food service areas, equipment, and stations for daily operations
Prepare and assist with a variety of hot and cold food items, including meats, vegetables, salads, sandwiches, and baked goods
Serve food to customers while ensuring proper portion control, presentation, and temperature standards
Transport food and supplies between kitchen and service areas using carts or manual handling
Restock serving lines, utensils, and supplies to maintain continuous service
Monitor food quality and identify issues such as spoilage or equipment concerns
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils
Follow established procedures for food safety, temperature control, and handling
