About The Position
This position oversees all functions related to catered services and physician dining and lounges. It also ensures proper sanitation practices are followed and provides relief coverage throughout the department. Other tasks and duties may be assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- Must be able to understand/communicate and read/write basic instructions in English.
- Must be able to take and record food temperatures.
- Must be able to drive facility vehicle.
- Must obtain a food handlers permit from the Cleveland County Health Department before hire or within 1 week of start date.
- Valid Oklahoma Driver’s license.

- Previous cooking experience
