About The Position

This position is for a Food Service Worker I at Cégep de Lanaudière à Terrebonne. The role involves general help in a food service environment, including customer interaction, food preparation, and maintaining service areas. There are two available positions: one temporary to cover a medical leave and one student position with a flexible schedule. The job follows the school calendar and operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate the cash register.
• Perform general food preparation duties in the kitchen.
• Serve customers.
• Stock shelves and refrigerators.
• Rotate products in refrigerators to ensure freshness.
• Clean service areas.
• Assist with dishwashing duties.
• Follow all established safety regulations and procedures.
• Perform any other related duties as required.
