Nice To Haves

Previous food service worker experience
Willingness to work in Spring City, Chester County, Pennsylvania
Willingness to work full-time from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM with rotating days and weekends to be determined
Food service experience in an assisted living facility, nursing home, hospital, restaurant, or other food service operation

Responsibilities

Prepare and portion food items
Assemble trays
Interpret special diet needs
Ensure accuracy of meal orders
Set up serving carts
Place food items on trays
Transport carts
Deliver meals to assigned residents
Clean dishes, equipment, floors, furniture, and food preparation areas while maintaining sanitary conditions
Operate dish machines
Restock items
Clean appliances
Remove refuse to designated dumpsters
Document inventory use
Record all refrigerator temperatures
Track meal counts
Assist with required forms
Follow established safety rules
Report hazards
Complete required training
