Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate food items, bag items as needed, and lift cases of food and beverages
- Set up serving lines, interpret diet sheets, assemble trays, and deliver meals to residents
- Load, move, and unload food carts, and obtain required signatures for deliveries
- Scrape dishes, wash equipment, clean dining rooms and kitchens, and sanitize furniture
- Clean conveyors, refrigerators, food carts, grills, and dish machines after meals
- Record food usage, temperatures, and meal counts
