Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to employees, supervisors, staff, and management.
  • Perform a wide variety of administrative and secretarial duties.
  • Maintain supplies for office and events.
  • Deliver paperwork and supplies to units.
  • Process invoices and statements.
  • Schedule interviews and prepare interview packets.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee files.
  • Assist employees with any needs, such as onboarding, OneUSG, etc.
  • Enroll staff for Biometric time clocks.
  • Relieve staff for breaks.
  • Prepare and follow daily prep sheets and recipes according to Chefs.
  • Monitor and control products on lines.
  • Complete station checklists, side duties, and special cleanups as assigned.
  • Efficiently utilize POS system.
  • Attend to guest needs.
  • Restock assigned supplies.
  • Maintain neat appearance of "front of house" area.
  • Help keep tables and service areas clean.
  • Maintain the appearance of offices, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas by performing housekeeping duties, such as cleaning counters, equipment and furnishings, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and removing trash.
  • Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills, as well as any additional detailed cleaning work according to schedule.
  • Set up chairs, tables and other equipment for meetings and events as needed.
  • Handle emergency cleanups.
  • Wash, sort, replace, and restock flatware, serving dishes, china, glasses, and all other washable items.
  • Properly clean cooking utensils and equipment.
  • Restock all washed items in appropriate areas.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of dish machines and dish areas.
  • Assist in trash removal, cleaning, and maintenance.
