About The Position

NHC HealthCare Lawrenceburg is seeking a dependable and caring Evening Aide to join our dietary team. This part-time position supports quality meal service for patients and residents while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.

Requirements

Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Ability to work the 11:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. shift, 2-3 days per week.
Availability to work every other weekend is required.

Nice To Haves

Previous food service or health care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with preparing and serving meals according to established menus, recipes, and dietary instructions.
Prepare meal trays and help ensure meals are delivered accurately and on time.
Assist with dining room setup, meal service, and cleanup.
Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and food service equipment.
Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen, dining, storage, and food preparation areas.
Properly store food and supplies and follow safe food handling practices.
Follow sanitation, infection control, safety, and NHC procedures.
Provide courteous service to patients, residents, families, visitors, and fellow partners.
Assist the dietary team with additional duties as assigned.
