We are seeking a Food Service Team Lead to join our Dietary team at our Clifton campus (2120 Payne St). Requirements

• Experience in food service or healthcare dining
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Commitment to cleanliness, accuracy, and resident satisfaction
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations in our dining rooms and kitchen.
• Maintain sanitation standards, assist with meal service, and ensure accurate dietary documentation for residents.
• Lead and support staff during daily operations.
• Train team members and monitor performance.
• Manage admissions updates, tray cards, and nourishment labels.
• Oversee meal prep and service.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and deliveries.
• Support QAPI initiatives.
