Reporting to the Executive Director, the Food Service Supervisor provides overall leadership and direction for the Food Service Department. Ensures that residents receive safe, nutritious, and high-quality meals that meet individual dietary needs while promoting a positive dining experience. This position ensures compliance with regulatory standards, organizational policies, and best practices to support the health, well-being, and satisfaction of residents. This position involves both office-based work and active presence in all areas of nutrition and food service operations within the home. Worked hours are aligned to meet the operational requirements of the home. The employee must be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Interacts daily with residents, staff, and visitors, requiring professionalism, patience, and strong communication skills. At all times must follow infection control, food safety, and occupational health and safety standards.
