Lead the Ultimate Summer Kitchen Squad at Camp Kadimah 🏆

Aramark is looking for a Food Services Supervisor to head our culinary operations at Camp Kadimah from June - August! You’ll be the "Head Coach" of the kitchen, ensuring our standards are as high as the camp spirit.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
• 1–2 years of experience working in food service.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a deep commitment to high health and safety and food safety standards.
• Strong interpersonal and English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both supervised and unsupervised.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk short and long distances, bend, twist, and push, pull, and lift an average of 12kg.
• A genuine desire to provide excellent service and collaborate with your colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Must complete and pass a criminal background check and vulnerable sector search (VSS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff, ensuring everyone is trained and developed to provide courteous, top-tier customer service.
• Support inventory, manage ordering, and handle opening or closing procedures for the facility.
• Support Chef in maintaining accurate logs: temperature, waste, inventory, and ensure team are following all OHS and food safety guidelines
• Monitor cash handling procedures, balance floats, and verify deposits and safe contents.
• Coordinate breaks and lunches, support various stations as needed, and address guest concerns with a positive "yes and how" attitude.
