About The Position

The Parker Jewish Institute, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking a per-diem Food Service Supervisor to join our team of dedicated professionals in the Food Service department. This is a per diem position-flexible scheduling available! As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of activities of the dietary workers, in the assembly and delivery of resident meals services, and maintaining the high standards and delivery of quality care and services Parker is known for. Requirements

Associate's Degree in Food Service Management or a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or Food Service Management
Two or more years of experience in managing tray assembly, storeroom, cafeteria, sanitation and safety, quantity food production
