The Food Service Production Rep (Cook) prepares specified items by following recipes and culinary standards set by the chef and retail manager. As a “Food Service Production Rep (Cook)” you will operate safely and effectively industrial kitchen equipment when needed and using appropriate culinary tools in a safe manner. You will consistently keep the department in a way that meets and exceeds all state, county and regulatory agency compliance. You will perform all other duties as assigned and support the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital.
