Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service. Assists food service department managers to present the freshest most innovative and best quality products at a competitive retail price to customers. This role is accountable and reports to the District Store Director, Store Manager, and Assistant Managers of Store Operations, Perishables, and Health Wellness Home. Positions that report to this role include Market Grille Department Manager, Mia Italian Department Manager, Hy-Chi Department Manager, Service Managers, Chefs, Market Grille Service Staff, and Night food service employees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent hospitality skills and the ability to solve practical problems with a variety of variables and limited standardization. They must also be able to perform arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages, and file, post, and mail materials, copy data, interview to obtain basic information, guide people, and provide basic direction.
