The Food Service Manager is responsible for the timely preparation and serving of meals in accordance with Federal Nutrition Service Standards and the Texas Administrative Code and any other requirements. This role manages the Center Kitchen, including inventory control, equipment maintenance, and ensuring appropriate safety and sanitation procedures. The manager also oversees daily routines to ensure they are prompt, hygienic, safe, and consistent with food service delivery standards. In the absence of the Center Director, the Food Service Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Center, including data entry of meal services.
