This position is under the direction of Cunningham Restaurant Group (CRG) and will operate in partnership with SKYLAKE Adventures, with a primary focus on leading and executing the food and beverage program on-site. While the role supports the overall SKYLAKE guest experience, it will report directly to CRG leadership and follow CRG’s hospitality standards, systems, and expectations. SKYLAKE Adventures is a unique, experience-driven destination designed to bring together outdoor recreation, great food, and memorable guest experiences. Set in a scenic, open-air environment, SKYLAKE offers a variety of activities that encourage guests to relax, explore, and connect. Whether visitors are spending the day with family, meeting friends, or attending a group outing, the goal is to create a welcoming, fun, and engaging atmosphere. Food service at SKYLAKE is a key component of that experience, with CRG responsible for delivering a high-quality, efficient, and approachable menu. Offerings include items such as pizzas, wraps, hot dogs, and other quick-service favorites. The culinary team is focused on speed, consistency, and quality to support a high-volume, high-energy environment while upholding CRG’s service standards. Job Overview: As the Food Service Manager for CRG at SKYLAKE Adventures, you will be responsible for leading all on-site food service operations, ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and guest-focused dining experience. This role will oversee daily kitchen and service execution, manage staffing and scheduling, and coordinate closely with CRG’s Premier Catering Team and other CRG locations for ordering, food preparation, logistics, and support.
