About The Position

As a Food Service Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering fresh, high-quality food and exceptional customer service. You’ll oversee daily food service operations, develop Team Members, and ensure every meal is prepared safely and efficiently. They develop Team Members, drive food service operations, and create a culture of quality, safety, and service that keeps customers coming back.

Requirements

• Flexible Schedule: Our 24/7 stores require your flexibility, including potentially working on nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Engage effectively with Team Members and provide outstanding customer experiences through strong communication skills.
• Collected & Composed: Remain calm and collected under high pressure situations while still delivering extraordinary customer service.
• Effective Problem Solving: Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize & analyze an issue while creating effective solutions.
• ServeSafe Certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.

Nice To Haves

• Foodservice: 2+ years of foodservice management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead by Example: Be a team player by fulling & overseeing all tasks and duties required of Team Members.
• Team Development: Assist with the training, mentoring, & supervision of store team members.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure proper & safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options (food & drink dispensers).
• Operational Excellence: Complete with the inspection of facilities/equipment with the Store Director as well as third-party inspections.
