About The Position

McClure Oil is seeking a Food Service Manager to support its food service program and provide customers with a high-quality service experience. The role involves greeting customers, assisting them, answering questions, training store employees on food service procedures and safety, and helping increase food service sales and profits. The manager also helps maintain a friendly, inviting store environment and creates a positive workplace for employees. The position requires ServSafe certification, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to meet the stated physical requirements. Duties and responsibilities may be assigned or changed at management's discretion.

Requirements

• ServSafe certified.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Able to reach, stand, and move about for at least 12 hours at a time.
• Able to use a ladder and lift and move objects weighing 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, offer assistance, answer questions, and help provide a positive customer experience.
• Work with the team to maintain a friendly and inviting environment for employees and guests.
• Train store employees on food service procedures and safety.
• Help increase sales and profits for the food service program.
• Create a friendly and positive work environment for employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
