About The Position

Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park is looking to add to our Food Service Leader Team. Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. It is a vibrant community through all seasons and a place of beauty, rich in tall trees and winding footpaths. This job is in Franklin, IN.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum one year experience in long term care environment preferred
• The ability to work independently with little supervision

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily work assignments for Dining/Food Service Aids services staff
• Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and furnishings
• Maintains and cleans equipment in dining area, serving area, stations, and kitchen
• Checks with Manager on Catering events daily
• Responsible for all Temperature/Cooler Logs being completed on a monthly basis
• Assist with work assignments as needed
• Monitors departmental requirements with all infection control policies and procedure
• Monitor pest control within buildings
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Food Services
• The ability to uphold Compass Park standards of customer service
