About The Position
Food Service Kitchen manager needed for school food service in the Plato Tampa, FL area. Full time, 7 hours daily. Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays. Summers off.
Requirements
- ServSafe® Certification a plus
- Cooking experience is required.
- National School Lunch Program preferred.
- Must be able to work in a team setting, and oversee the operation on a daily basis.
- Management experience is needed.
Responsibilities
- Food Preparation and cooking according to the NSLP guidelines.
- Following all food safety and handling procedures.
- Enforce the use of personal protective equipment at all times
- Staffing
- Training
- Ordering
- Inventory
- POS systems.
