About The Position

This internship is designed for individuals with a strong passion for sales and marketing, seeking to explore the challenging world of B2B sales and marketing. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Innovation, R&D, and Culinary, and will have the opportunity to lead and own real and relevant projects aligned with business objectives. The role requires leadership, collaboration, emotional intelligence, analytical skills, and critical thinking. Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or other related field, having completed junior year prior to the start of internship or pursuing an MBA with year one completed prior to the start of the internship
  • Passion for learning and growing in the sales field
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Bring energy and enthusiasm for winning
  • Strength with strategic and analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and vehicle required.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in Customer Discovery to gain unique insights that will help lead to new business opportunities
  • Support inside sales activities with a high level of independence – new item set up, customer request fulfillment and cross functional collaboration
  • Support strategic customer presentations and meetings
  • Support development & execution of innovation campaigns including the synthesis and communication of impactful insights, innovation product attributes and benefits for customer presentation
  • Build marketing communication materials to drive customer interest aligning with key strategic initiatives
  • Validate proof of concept with the appropriate SME (subject matter expert) and present materials in a strategic manner
