About The Position

This position is for a General Worker in the Food Service department at North Hills Middle School. The schedule is from 9:15 AM to 1:15 PM on student instructional days, approximately 180 days per year, aligning with the school calendar. The position is available immediately.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Act 34, 151, 114 Clearances for successful candidate
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals
• Ability to speak effectively before students and staff
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel and occasionally lift, carry and/or push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Food Service experience preferred
