The Food & Beverage team at Target is responsible for ensuring a consistent and positive experience for guests by maintaining fresh, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed products on the sales floor. This team specializes in operations, process, and efficiency, leading all aspects of food and food services, including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing for all Food & Beverage areas within the store. The Food Service Expert role offers opportunities to develop skills in guest service fundamentals, building a guest-first culture in food, understanding state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines, and monitoring sales to adjust production for efficiency, profitability, and waste minimization.
