About The Position

As a Food Service Distribution Manager at LIFECARE ALLIANCE, you'll be the superhero behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly in our food distribution operations. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience supervising large teams of 20 or more employees.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow optimization, and operational planning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with experience in employee coaching and development.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, supply chain, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards.
