Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
In lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of successful management experience
Experience leading teams in food service, hospitality, or dining operations
Strong financial management and budgeting skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience training and developing employees
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems
ServSafe Certification (required)
Allergen Certification (required)

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of campus dining operations while creating an environment where students, guests, and team members feel valued.
Lead and inspire the onsite management team and dining staff.
Deliver delicious, high-quality meals that students look forward to every day.
Build strong relationships with campus leadership and the college community.
Manage budgets, financial performance, purchasing, and labor costs.
Ensure excellence in food quality, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
Develop merchandising and marketing initiatives to enhance the dining experience.
Hire, coach, mentor, and develop team members for long-term success.
Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Maintain Creative Dining Services' high standards for hospitality and customer satisfaction.
