The YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the foundation of community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. This role is at Camp Nissokone. The Food Services Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of food service at Camp Nissokone, including ordering, food preparation, service, storage, and kitchen sanitation. The Food Services Coordinator is also responsible for managing food inventory, developing the menu, scheduling, and supervising the Food Service staff. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
