This role supports restaurant prep for daily operation, meets daily quick service, food service, safety and quality standards, and ensures proper food quantities are set for daily and ongoing service. The cook participates in safety logs, ensures safe food handling, and maintains a safe work environment by abiding by all safety rules. They follow daily prep and items lists, support operations in their assigned role, and respond to guest and client feedback. The cook remains knowledgeable of all menu items, prices, and specials, and assists with dishwashing as necessary. They maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and uphold company policies and procedures.
