Under the supervision of the Food Services Manager and Lead Cook, performs various kitchen and cooking duties. Prepares and mixes ingredients for salads, fruit cups, beverages, similar cold dishes; prepares hot/cold patient meals and performs a variety of food service and dish duties as well as other related task as required.
